Pokémon Legends: Z-A is scheduled for release on October 16, 2025, for both Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2[1][2][4][5][6][7][8].
Players will be able to choose between the standard Nintendo Switch version and an upgraded edition for Nintendo Switch 2, which offers enhanced graphics and performance[5][7]. If you already own the Switch version, you can upgrade to the Switch 2 Edition through a purchasable upgrade pack[5]. Preorders are available, and various early-purchase bonuses have been announced[6][8].
